Quality Assurance System Quality plan of Quality Assurance Department is divided into three process flow: Raw Materials Quality Control Production Process Control & Sampling Finished Products. Raw Materials Quality Control Physical Test: Temperature test of Clinker, Lime, Slag, Fly Ash, Gypsum etc. Clinker Moisture, Size, Bulk Density Test Fineness Test: Clinker Grinding by mini Ball Mill Setting Time Test Compressive Strength Test.
Frequency of Physical Test: Minimum 3 Sample (Ship or Vessel). Chemical Test: SiO2, Fe2O3, Al2 O3, CaO, MgO, SO3, Loss on Ignition, Insoluble Residue, Free Lime, C3S, C2S, C3A, C4AF, LSF.
Frequency of Chemical Test: During production period per hour is collected sample, after Physical Test one part of each collection stored & after 3~4 days make an average to prepare sample for Chemical Test.
Production Process Control & Sampling Physical Test: Fineness Test Setting Time Compressive Strength Soundness Test
Frequency of Physical Test: Fineness Test & Setting Time are done hourly and also daily basis (24 hourly). Compressive Strength and soundness test are done by daily basis (24 hourly).
